I'm jean nordgren

I founded Market Works Inc. more than twenty years ago as I saw the need for market research based on marketing principles. Working with Market Works is different than working with a big research agency. I personally handle every step of your research. From strategizing on recruitment criteria to delivering actionable insights, your project will be orchestrated by an expert researcher.

Prior to launching Market Works, I was a consumer marketing manager at The Toro Company. My MBA from the University of St. Thomas is built on my undergraduate marketing degree from Winona State University.

I’m a 20+ year member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association, the leading professional organization in this field.

I’m passionate about supporting our youth. I’m a board member and chapter lead for Hope for Tomorrow, which empowers young teens to realize their full personal and academic potential by reinforcing critical life skills through mentoring.

You betcha, I’m a Minnesotan – born and raised in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
I like camping, gluten-free baking and vacationing with my family. Pennants make me smile. I am a fan of University of Minnesota athletics and all things Gopher! I love the word “yay” and like to use exclamation points!!!
